One of the more helpful resources for me (instead of research) is long podcasts with the smartest practitioner (mostly AI researchers) working at the edge of all thatβs happening.
There are at least a few that go live early week. Theyβre often 2-3 hours long, and sometimes I need help from LLMs to make sense of them, but theyβve been the most helpful resource in understanding whatβs happening and how to make sense of things strategically.
I can see how those would be really helpful especially if they're speaking to particular issues or concerns that you're focused on. At this point in time I don't listen to any podcasts on the topic but it's not that I'm opposed to it.
Many things can be true at once (maybe). I donβt trust AI related research that is more than six months old either.
Yet the behaviors, cultural norms and constraints of large scale enterprises can still be rooted in that Iron Cage.
