You have the same birthday as my daughter who also happens to be one of the smartest people I know. Also, the rest of our family is scattered throughout February and March, too. Happy birthday, Bette 😊 I hope it was a good one even though you didn’t celebrate

That is too funny. Well if she is anything like me she feels left out but tell your little lioness she will find her way and eventually appreciate all that makes her roar! Leo’s are strong and independent - those traits will serve her well :)

Anyway, thank you for the bday wishes. I appreciate it :)

She’s very strong and very independent already at just 9 years old! I don’t think she feels left out though. She just enjoys having a summer birthday because that usually means pool party so she feels bad for the rest of us haha

Maybe that was what I missed - we didn’t have a pool so no pool parties. I might have had an entirely different perspective if we had :)

And that strong independent side - that’s the leo in her! lol It can also make us a bit stubborn, too. But we will just ignore that part for now! lol

Oh she definitely has her stubborn moments 😂 and we don’t have a pool either, but we borrow from a rented condo unit down the street! Works out perfectly every year

Happy birthday! 🎂

I’m a bit older and prone to reminiscing about the way it was. But you have to roll with the changes (thanks REO Speedwagon). Appreciate the post.

I love REO. I’m pretty much all in for any 80s music. I think it’s easy to fall into this notion that things were so much better decades ago. But were they really? We usually forgot all the not so great stuff and remember the more positives. At least that’s my take on it.

Wow. Thanks for the shout out. And as a fellow Gen-Xer I do miss getting live people on the line without having to go through the digital hell that passes for customer service these days.

You are more than welcome! Yes, it's definitely a challenge getting a live person anywhere online or via the phone. Sometimes pressing zero or saying customer service doesn't even get to a real human - you just get hung up on instead.

If I really need someone, I just keep saying "supervisor", "Yelp Review" or "lawsuit" over and over again - sometimes it works!

OMG that made me laugh! Prob more concerned about the yelp review than the lawsuit.
